At Bethel United Methodist Church, we offer two distinct styles of worship – but one shared heart for Christ. Whether you prefer the timeless beauty of traditional worship or the vibrant energy of contemporary praise, you’ll find a welcoming community and a place to grow in faith.
Both services are centered on God’s Word, grounded in grace, and open to all who seek to grow in faith.

  • Typical Services usually include:
    • Singing (traditional hymns or contemporary worship songs)
    • Prayer (both spoken and silent)
    • Readings from Scripture
    • A Sermon (a message based on the Scripture)
    • Offerings (a time to give back to God’s work)
    • Communion (usually once a month or on special occasions)
  • Focus on the Liturgical Year: We follow the Christian calendar, celebrating seasons like Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, and Pentecost.

You can also join us in worship via livestream on our YouTube channel (or watch a recorded service at your convenience).

Contemporary Worship Service
Fellowship Hall | 9:00 AM

Our Contemporary Worship Service transforms Bethel’s Fellowship Hall into a vibrant space of praise and worship each Sunday morning. This relaxed, come-as-you-are service invites everyone, whether in jeans or a coat and tie, to encounter Jesus in an atmosphere filled with the Holy Spirit and authentic community.

Worship features contemporary Christian music led by our praise band, scripture, heartfelt prayer, engaging teaching from God’s Word, and monthly Holy Communion, open to all. The casual setting and uplifting music help create a space where faith feels fresh, personal, and deeply connected to everyday life.

Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month and is open to all who wish to share in God’s grace.

Whether you’re new to church or have been walking with Christ for years, you’ll find this time of worship joyful, relevant, and Christ-centered – a place to renew your spirit and grow in faith together.

Traditional Worship Service
Sanctuary | 11:00 AM

Our Traditional Worship Service offers a classic and meaningful time of praise in Bethel’s historic Sanctuary. Rooted in the beauty and depth of Methodist tradition, our Traditional Worship Service follows a traditional and formal liturgical structure that invites reflection, reverence, and awe.

Worship includes organ music, congregational hymns, inspiring choral anthems, scripture readings, prayer, and a sermon from our Pastor. The Chancel Choir and pipe organ help guide our praise in a way that lifts the heart and celebrates the rich heritage of faith that has shaped generations of worshipers.

Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month and is open to all who wish to share in God’s grace.

If you’re drawn to the rich traditions of faith, you’ll find worship here that is Christ-centered, Spirit-filled, and deeply rooted in the beauty of our heritage.
